2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one active Account on wks123. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
3.1 Registration Information. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP national identity card), date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. wks123 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wks123 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
3.3 Password Standards. Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character. wks123 recommends changing your password every 90 days.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. wks123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where wks123 has reason to believe that a Member has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 may be deducted from the dormant Account's Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Member logs in and reactivates the Account.
4.1 Verification Obligation. wks123 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by wks123 to complete KYC verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wks123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless expressly stated on the deposit page or in a specific promotional offer.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the Member's Account balance within 0–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by wks123's payment processor. wks123 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's banking institution or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 25,000 per transaction. There are no fees charged by wks123 on standard withdrawals. Third-party transfer fees, if any, are the Member's responsibility.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted during non-banking hours (after 22:00 WIB) may be queued for processing from 08:00 WIB the following day depending on the Member's bank.
5.6 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit, or a registered alternative method that has been verified in the Member's name. wks123 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.7 Currency. All Account Balances, Wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). wks123 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wks123 are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion as published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying Wagers before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
6.3 Eligible Wagers. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Member's Account. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited upon expiry without further notice.
6.5 One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or any other method will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may lead to Account suspension.
6.6 Abuse Prevention. wks123 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Decisions made under this clause are final.
6.7 Promotional Amendments. wks123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account prior to the effective date of any change.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers placed on wks123 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. wks123 reserves the right to decline or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where the Wager would exceed the Platform's liability exposure for a given market.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed on the relevant market page at the time of placing a Wager. These limits may vary by sport, league, game type, and Member Account tier.
7.3 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. Where odds change between the time a Member selects a market and the time the Wager is submitted, wks123 will display the updated odds and request confirmation before the Wager is accepted.
7.4 Errors and Palpable Mistakes. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or market outcomes (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), wks123 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and refund the original stake to the Member's Account. Winnings derived from an identified palpable error are not payable.
7.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time during a live event, including but not limited to during stoppages of play, VAR reviews in football matches, or where live data feeds are temporarily disrupted. Any Wager confirmed prior to a market suspension remains valid.
7.6 Game Integrity. All casino and slot games offered on wks123 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are publicly disclosed on the relevant game information page. wks123 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.7 Bandar Bola Markets. Bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, including Asian Handicap, voor bola (goal handicap lines), Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting, are governed by the specific rules displayed on each market. In the event of a fixture being abandoned or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled kick-off, all single-match Wagers on that fixture will be voided and stakes refunded. Mix parlay legs affected by abandonment will be treated as void and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wks123. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, all Balances forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action:
